A three-vehicle crash is causing major delays on the Cromwell-Clyde Rd this morning.

Emergency services were called to the crash involving two trucks and another vehicle at about 6.35am.

Police have confirmed the road is blocked and motorists are advised to expect delays.

Some motorists The Central App has talked to have taken alternate routes, due to the delays, with many trying to get to work.

The Serious Crash Unit and Commercial Vehicle Safety Team have been advised.
