What we’re looking for? 

  • We are recruiting for a 3 Waters Network Operator to provide network maintenance within our current 3 Waters Maintenance Contract in Lake Hayes.
  • You will be undertaking field roles to ensure compliance to our contract specifics, improve health and safety, identify and record asset condition and performance. In collaboration with Fulton Hogan Contract Managers you will plan and implement a plan to ensure 100% compliance levels are achieved and maintained on the network.


Some of your specific tasks will be:

  • Completion of preventative and scheduled Inspections of the network
  • Co-ordination and implementation of site activities including CCTV, flushing and manhole inspections
  • Analysis of assets condition to determine best methods to ensure a well maintained  and cost effective network
  • Service and Maintenance of infrastructure such as Waste Water Pump Stations, Boost Pump Station, Fire Hydrants, ect.
  • Undertake other asset investigations and analysis as tasked on a regional or national basis.
  • On call, on a rotational basis  


What we need from you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a maintenance contracting environment
  • Experience in field condition assessment of water assets with operational teams and/or consultants
  • Experience in tuning or commissioning water related treatment and reticulation facilities and assets (treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs etc) and associated instruments and control systems
  • Management and use of statistical techniques to analyse large data sets
  • Strong understanding of 3 Water assets and their functions including performance envelopes
  • Understanding and ability to use the computer based asset and work management systems (Maximo or similar) and ArcGIS geospatial platforms for data visualisation
  • Strong commercial and risk acumen and understanding
  • Understanding of water industry risks and safety procedures
  • Analysis and determination of civil, mechanical and electrical asset failure modes
  • Comprehend whole of life net present value analysis and calculations required for NPV
  • Understanding of traffic management requirements for safe operations

Kitchen Assistant - Golden View Care (Cromwell)


We are looking for a Kitchen Assistance to join our brand-new team at Golden View Care, which has hospital level care, rest home, a secure


dementia unit and a palliative care suite in beautiful Cromwell, Central Otago NZ. 


We are on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef to prepare, cook and serve wholesome food. The Kitchen Assistant will work


as part of the team to efficiently and effectively operate the kitchen and complete other tasks associated with excellent meal provision at Golden View Care.


You will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team with co-workers in creating a smooth workflow in the kitchen and dining areas and


adapt to change and work efficiently under pressure. Take direction to complete routine tasks and schedules as well as learn new methods and


techniques. Have a thorough understanding of the New Zealand Food Control and Safety and Hygiene practices.


A Minimum of 30 hours is required.
