 A section of Waenga Drive will be closed Between Cairmuir Crescent up to Murray Terrace From 8am – 5pm On Monday 16th September to Friday 4th October 2024.

Due to pole maintenance works, there will be a Stop/Go with a 30km/h temporary speed restriction in place in various locations from Tuesday 10th September to Friday 13th September between 9am to 4pm. Plan your journey accordingly and expect up to 5 minute delays.

Scheduled Road Work: SH 8 Alexandra, near the intersection with Royal Terrace

Due to street light maintenance works, there will be a Stop/Go with a 30km/h temporary speed restriction in place on Monday 9th September between 8am to 10am. Plan your journey accordingly and expect up to 5 minute delays.

Alexandra Blossom Festival Mardi Gras & Motocross Event

(Pursuant to the Transport Vehicular Traffic Road Closure Regulations 1965)

 A section of Rivers Street, Alexandra will be closed betweenThompson Street and 32 Rivers Street. Times of proposed closure will be 1pm to 9pm on Friday 27th September 2024.

Walton Street will also be closed and a section of Thompson Street between Skird Street & Rivers Street. Times of closure will be 2pm to 9:30pm on Friday 27th September 2024.

State Highway Centennial Avenue & Tarbert Street will also be closed Between Clutha Street and Bantry Street, and Killarney Street closed Between Brandon Street to Centennial Avenue. Time of closures will be 1pm – 3pm on Saturday 28th September 2024
