Cromwell Police were called to a private accommodation business on Sunday night to find severe damage caused by the female occupant.
Senior Constable Graham Perkins said the woman had arrived in Cromwell from Christchurch and caused a disturbance with her noise - prompting neighbours to call police.
She had breached her bail conditions and wasn’t supposed to be in Central Otago.
She appeared in the Queenstown District Court and was further bailed to an address in Roxburgh.
Back in Alexandra that same night, the Alexandra rural sergeant assisted police with a 26-year-old driver on Manuherekia Rd at a checkpoint.
Police noticed a strong smell of cannabis and also found ammunition and firearm parts in the vehicle.
A search warrant was issued for the man's home address in Omakau where four unsecured and loaded firearms were seized.
These included a shotgun under his bed, a .22 and a .33 magnum, as well as a quantity of ammunition.
Further cannabis was also found and confiscated.
Snr Const Perkins said the man, who was known to police, was arrested after learning his firearms licence had been revoked.
He is due to appear in the Alexandra District Court this week for possession of cannabis and possession of firearms while prohibited.
