Central Otago’s weather forecast for Wednesday morning could be the only day this week without a frosty start, according to Metservice.
Cromwell-raised MetService meteorologist Lewis Ferris says a few showers might pepper the region on Tuesday and Wednesday (more so in the south) with the potential for another dusting of snow on the hills come Wednesday.
“Southwesterly winds add to the wind chill in the first half of the week but look to ease off in the second half as high pressure moves over the country,” Lewis says
“The weekend is looking pretty settled at this stage.”
