Central can expect a cooler start to the week as successive cold fronts move up the country with some showers on Monday and a southerly wind flow for most of Otago, according to Metservice.
MetService meteorologist Angus Hines says while the wind will be short lived, it's possible there will be some further showers on Tuesday morning.
Central Otago's can expect a cooler start to the week, according to Metservice.
“The weather becomes fine and calm by Tuesday afternoon, and remains fine through until the weekend, with some cool morning temperatures and modest afternoon maximums.” says Angus.
“More rain may arrive on Saturday, but at the moment confidence is low for the weekend forecast as computer models diverge.”
