Central Otago looks set to change to cooler weather by Tuesday, according to MetService. 


Cromwell-raised MetService meteorologist Lewis Ferris Monday kicks off the week nicely, warm with some breezy northwesterly winds.. 

 

 

 Central Otago looks set to change to cooler weather by Tuesday, according to MetService. 


 

“A cool southerly wind whips through the region Tuesday morning, bringing a brief period of rain which looks to be gone by end of day.”

 

 “Wednesday through Friday we’re back to settled weather but with a slight chill in the mornings.” he says




 “There’s a risk of frost Wednesday through Friday morning, biggest risk Thursday morning.”

 

Another front from the southwest is possible on Saturday with some gusty northwest winds beforehand.
