Central Otago looks set to experience another settled week with a few showers on Thursday, according to MetService. 

Cromwell-raised MetService meteorologist Lewis Ferris says it is settled and warm with some blue skies to start the week.

“Southerly winds arrive on Thursday morning and brings a few showers around the region,” Lewis says. 

“The showers and cool winds don’t last long though.”

“A few degrees will be knocked off the morning temperature come Friday but still looking likely to make the 20s in the afternoon, he explains”

Current models suggest settled weather from Friday, through the weekend.
