Central Otago weather this week is mainly fine with a brief intrusion from the south, according to MetService.
Cromwell-raised MetService meteorologist Lewis Ferris says, warm and settled until Wednesday afternoon when a southerly change is forecast to bring a few showers to the region and also a brief drop in temperatures.
“Wednesday looks to make it to 25°C before the southerly arrives, Thursday looks to make it into high teens but the southwest winds are on the way out,” Lewis says.

Lewis says Friday is back to fine weather and light winds with the temperature back into the high 20s.
“Saturday is looking hot and currently the pick of the weekend,” he explains.
