Background:
Monday 6 October 2025 11am
Heavy rain over the weekend has affected water quality in Ranfurly, Naseby, and Omakau.
Treatment plants are currently unable to produce clean water, and all three towns are under a Conserve Water Notice.
Please reduce water use as much as possible to protect stored supplies.
We’ll keep you updated here and on the Council website. Please share this message with neighbours, friends, and whānau.
NOTE: Naseby and Omakau were placed on a Conserve Water Notice yesterday (Sunday 5 October 2025).
