Police are investigating the unexplained death of a woman in Queenstown.

Emergency services were called to the Windsor Place property about 2.30pm on Saturday.

Police are treating the death as unexplained and are working to establish the circumstances of how she died.

They are asking for information from anyone who was in the Windsor Place area between 8am and 3pm on Saturday.
