Two of the top rated stories of the last week were both reports on the case of two missing dogs, who were believed to have been stolen from the locked kennels at their home in Clyde.

Arlo, a 19-month-old pure bred male bluenose Staffordshire grey coloured dog was stolen, along with his buddy called Wolf, a 13-year-old black Huntaway/Beardie cross.

Wolf was found around midday on 13 June, in a ditch on the side of the road with injuries which indicate he has been mistreated but is now at home recovering.

Arlo was found on the evening of June 17 on the side of Springvale road.  He appears to have lost weight and now has a nervous disposition.

Police are looking for the driver of a white double-cab ute that was seen in the area at the time the dog was found.

The ute has black trim, tinted windows, and red writing on the side of it.

If you were on Springvale Road, Clyde around 5pm on 17 June and saw this vehicle, or have any other information please contact Police on 105 and quote the file number 210613/3725 or call Crimestoppers on 800 555 111
