CODC have extended conserve water notices to the Ranfurly and Patearoa supplies as well as the Naseby conserve water notice issued earlier this afternoon. These supplies are all operating on stored water in the reservoirs, and the source water is currently too dirty to treat.

Please do your best to reduce your water usage until further notice - eg "if it's yellow let it mellow", quick showers, delay using the washing machine and dishwasher.

Naseby - your water is still okay to drink at the moment. You may see tankers there - they are currently there as a precaution in case the reservoir levels drop too fast.
