The Central Otago District Council is issuing a Conserve Water Notice for Ranfurly.

We have had rain over the last few days and had to turn the plant off due to higher turbidity (dirty water) than is treatable in the source water.

We are currently making water again; however, we ask that the community conserve NOW in order to allow the reservoir level to build. More rain is forecast.
