The next position is our Head of Customer Experience.

The Central App (web and app) and The Outlet (podcast) are the platforms for the most up-to-date and trusted local news and information for locals living in Central Otago.

We are looking for a customer superstar who will take care of our clients for 10 - 20 hours a week, and ensure their marketing is delivered to meet the objectives and budget.

• You will enjoy coming up with ideas and know your way around systems.
• You will enjoy working with multiple businesses and possess strong business acumen.
• You'll be locally based with a good knowledge of the surrounding areas.
• You would have had experience in sales and customer service (preferably in media but not essential)
• You will know how to work in a CRM system and work with hubspot (or be a fast learner)
