We have a great full-time permanent opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team.

About the role

You will be part of a small management team that is responsible for the organisation and running of the daily operations of our company.


Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment of seasonal staff and managing our RSE team (during the harvesting season we employ more than 150 seasonal staff)

• Recruitment of permanent staff

• HR management of employment contracts, managing and dealing with HR issues as they arise

• Organising staff accommodation and liaising with accommodation providers

• Assisting with GST, accounts payable & receivable

• Website & social media updates

• Assisting with Health & Safety management and implementation

• Assisting with payroll and associated data entry & reports

• Assisting with export documentation

• Liaising with and providing support to our different departments


About you

The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual who is able to undertake a wide variety of office support tasks and work diligently with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.


You will be able to work in a fast pace environment and during the harvesting season work hours relevant to the needs of the business.


You will have excellent organisation, management and communication skills and will ideally have recruitment and/or HR experience.


You will have excellent computer skills and be confident with a variety of software programmes.
