We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to manage our new 10 unit accommodation complex located just outside of Cromwell, Central Otago.


The complex will operate as visitor accommodation for most of the year and seasonal employee accommodation during December/January.


The Accommodation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accommodation complex, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.


This is hands-on role involves managing bookings, guest check-ins and check-outs, housekeeping, maintaining accurate records of reservations and administrative tasks.


The manager will also be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness and service standards and monitoring supplies and stock levels.


The successful applicant will have:


  • Previous experience in hospitality or accommodation management, or a similar role:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
  • Proficiency in handling bookings and administrative tasks


This is a live-in position and accommodation is provided in a 1-bedroom self-contained unit which is part of the complex.
