We are seeking a Super Star - New Home Sales Consultant that is friendly, positive, hardworking, and wants to apply their sales skills to putting their clients first.

New home industry experience is not required for this role as full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:

- Continually develop and convert new leads and enquiries into sales.

- Build relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Developers.

- Work with Clients to develop a design brief and end to end sales processes.

- Instigate House and Land Package opportunities and develop packages in conjunction with Estimator / Director.

Ideal person:

- Be proactive and goal driven.

- Love working with people and be a team player.

- Be willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

- Be confident and well spoken. Skills and experience:

- Sales Experience.

- To be available to work weekends and after hours.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and including listening skills.

- A driver's license and reliable car.

- High computer skills and ability to work to established systems and procedures.
