Fixed Term Seasonal Support role starting ASAP to April 2025. Minimum 20 hours per week Located in Cromwell.


About the role:

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Join us at Seasonal Solutions Cooperative, where you’ll play an important role in supporting our RSE workforce, helping them settle in their new environment. This role is all about people-focused logistics: arranging transport, administration and access to services. You’ll help with everything from facilitating arrivals and departures, assisting with settling in to accommodation and facilitating health appointments.

In this dynamic role, you'll be out in the field daily, interacting with and supporting RSE staff, making a real difference in their New Zealand experience. Bring your enthusiasm and positive attitude to a job where every day offers the chance to impact lives directly—no desk required!


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate airport arrivals, departures, and transfers of RSE staff to and from accommodations.
  • Inspect and prepare accommodations to ensure readiness for RSE staff.
  • Provide administrative support with onboarding and induction processes for large groups.
  • Organise supplies for RSE staff upon arrival to ensure they are welcomed and catered for.
  • Schedule and coordinate medical and dental appointments for RSE staff.
  • Provide driver training support to meet operational and safety standards
