Seasonal Solutions Cooperative Limited (SSCO), established in 2004, is a Grower and Contractor owned cooperative based in the South Island of New Zealand. Headquartered in Alexandra, the team provides comprehensive support to shareholders who operate vineyards and orchards across the region, including Marlborough and Canterbury.

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic administrator to support our Business and Finance Manager. We need someone with good people skills and experience in an office environment. Someone who is keen to learn, flexible, highly organised and able to work to a deadline.


The role is ideally three days a week (15-20 hours) with key tasks being:

• Invoicing, purchase orders, receipting, filing and cash management.

• Co-ordination of travel, catering and staff events.

• Administration of vehicle fleet and all contact lists.

• Stationery and general office supplies.
