The Role:

As a multi-skilled technician, your responsibilities will include providing cleaning and specialist services to our domestic and commercial clients.

From external maintenance cleaning to building soft washes, gutter cleaning, water blasting, and even specialized services like flood and fire restoration, mould remediation, sanitizing, and pest control, you’ll have a diverse range of tasks.

We provide comprehensive training both internally and externally, ensuring you gain industry knowledge and recognized qualifications.

Your Accountabilities:

Working as part of a team or independently, you’ll carry out specific and specialist cleaning functions for our residential and commercial clients across various sites.

Your tasks will include a variety of external cleaning duties such as building maintenance, soft washes, spout cleaning, and water blasting.

We’ll also provide training for our specialist cleaning services, covering flood and fire restoration, mould remediation, sanitizing, pest control, and trauma cleaning.

You’ll work on-site at different locations, depending on the job requirements. We’ll supply you with full personal protective equipment (PPE) and all the necessary tools to perform your duties safely.

Additionally, you’ll receive training and ongoing support to obtain industry tickets relevant to your role, such as working at heights or in confined spaces. As part of our commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE), you’ll adhere to and support our protocols and policies at all times.

Finally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a personal record of your hours and time at each site, submitting daily reports to our payroll department.
