Are you interested in starting a career in HR or Health, Safety, and Wellness? We have an excellent opportunity available for a full-time position at our Alexandra Office.

The Position

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will involve providing support in various administrative tasks across three essential areas of our operations: HR, Asset Management, and Health, Safety, and Wellness.


This role is well-suited for individuals with some prior administrative experience who are eager to learn and advance within the fields of HR or Health and Safety.


There is also an opportunity to gain exposure to tasks related to Asset Management.


While it is preferable for candidates to have recently completed an HR degree or coursework or possess some experience in HR, it is not a requirement.


Tasks will encompass assisting in recruitment, procuring safety equipment and signage, and handling requests for contractor prequalification information.


This is a full-time, office-based position requiring 40 hours per week.


However, we are open to discussing flexible and reduced working hours on a case-by-case basis.


To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:

  • Can learn and use new systems easily
  • Be detailed oriented
  • Be able to work within minimal supervision with excellent time management
  • Be able to follow processes
  • Have some previous experience working in administration
