We are searching for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Olivers.
The successful candidate will:
- Be experienced in a Sous Chef role and have lots of energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast paced environment, and provide a great dining experience for our guests.
- Be able to run the kitchen and shifts when Head Chef is absent
- Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff
- Ensure all hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to
- Be familiar with and follow our Food Control Plan
- Ensure communications between restaurant and kitchen run smoothly
- Ensure each dish leaving the kitchen is checked for quality, quantity and presentation
- Maintain stock levels and order stock when required to assist Head Chef

The role is fulltime with a minimum 30 hours per week. We work on a rotating roster basis which would include weekends and public holidays.
