We need a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our small but dynamic team in our Cromwell office.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse clientele on engaging projects and immerse yourself in a digital marketing assistant role that fosters skill development across all aspects of this exciting industry.


Working alongside the creative team on accounts of all scales and sizes requires accountability, attention to detail, and a high level of care.


You must have an exceptional knowledge of navigating the internet (private investigator style skills a bonus - IYKYK), social media knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office as a minimum.


Key Tasks:

- Digital content creation

- Social media management and scheduling

- Copywriting

- EDM creation & audience management

- Analytics insights and reporting

- Website (primarily Shopify) support to our clients and team


Attributes & Key Skills:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends.

-Confidence to present ideas & opinions across all levels in the business.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-A self-starter, able to work autonomously and manage priorities.

-Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast paced environment.

-Experience with accurate time keeping.

- Shopify knowledge is a bonus, willingness and ability to learn about Shopify is essential.
