We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Housekeeper reporting directly to our Head Housekeeper.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, including tasting rooms, event spaces, restrooms, and guest cottages.

• Consistently maintaining our high standard of cleanliness.

• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience by providing clean and well-maintained spaces.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a healthy and secure environment for guests and staff.

• Assist with occasional event setup and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

• Flexibility to work week days and weekends as needed.

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience.
