The Role:

Are you looking for a summer job that blends wine, hospitality, and fun? We’re on the hunt for Cellar Door & Front of House Super Stars to help us create magic for every guest. You’ll be pouring wine, sharing stories, and keeping the good vibes flowing across our cellar door and front-of-house operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet guests with a smile and guide them through tastings of our wines, wine tours or private tasting experiences
• Sharing the Monte Christo story, encouraging wine sales and promoting our wine club
• Work with the Fritzy team to serve up delicious small plates, pizza, and specialty coffees
• Supporting the front of house team to pour wine and beer, clearing, and glassware
• Assist with bookings, and keeping the guest areas looking tidy
• Jump in where needed – we’re looking for a team player extraordinaire, happy to help out across our organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with a knack for making guests feel at home
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
• A love of wine and a willingness to learn cellar door experience a bonus
• Available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings this summer
• A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
