We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Housekeeper reporting directly to our Hospitality Manager.

At Monte Christo Winery, we take pride in producing exceptional wines while offering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Nestled in the serene countryside, our winery provides a picturesque backdrop for unforgettable experiences. In addition to our winery, we offer three charming cottages for accommodation, providing guests with a cosy retreat during their visit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our guest cottages and cellar door facilities.
• Consistently maintaining our high standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience by providing clean and well-maintained spaces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a healthy and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with occasional event setup and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience.
