Are you a high-energy, organised people-person? Do you want a role that inspires kids and brings out the best in others?

You’ll be working with us as part of our nationwide team to maintain our trusted reputation for providing kids with a quality-focused, nurturing ‘home away from home’ in our out-of-school care and holiday programmes.

We are proven and established leaders in the industry – having inspired Kiwi kids through over 4 million booked sessions since 2007.

This is a permanent weekday role for 25 hours per week at our Kelly Club Goldfields Programme at Goldfields Primary School.

Before School Hours can be flexible and Full Time hours are available during the school holidays should the applicant wish.

Parents with primary school aged children are welcome to bring them a long.

Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30am and 2.30pm - 5.30pm plus 5hr admin hours outside of those hours.

As a Kelly Club Programme Coordinator at Kelly Club Goldfields, you’ll be provided with all the training and support to be the best you. Programme Coordinators manage our programme delivery within schools, as well as managing permanent and casual staff.

You’ll work in a team as passionate as you are to ultimately see Kiwi kids thrive, be active, stay healthy and get inspired through our fun-filled holiday programmes and out-of-school care sessions.

In this role you will learn how to:

  • Ensure kids are cared for and have fun at our programmes
  • Build relationships with kids, parents and caregivers, school personnel and Kelly Club team members
  • Lead your own team and grow your own leadership skills
  • Develop your administration skills and time management

So if you’re a motivated person who is at least 20 years of age, kind, organised, punctual, keen to learn, enjoys kids, wants leadership opportunities – and who loves working as part of a team – get in touch with us to see how you could ultimately impact a generation of kids in New Zealand.

As a provider working with kids, child safety is our top priority. We therefore require successful applicants to have a Police Check.

Staff recruitment is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Act (2014). All applicants must hold the right to work in New Zealand.
