We’re currently looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our civil construction team. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew (2–4 people), working on projects across the Central and Southern Lakes region.

Ideally, you’ll be based in the Alexandra or Cromwell area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Following all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental site rules
• Building timber boxing and formwork
• Placing and finishing concrete
• Digging trenches and excavations
• General labouring
• Supporting tradesmen and operators to get the job done safely and on time
• Working with string lines and gravel construction

We’ll provide full training for the right person – attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

What We’re Looking For

• You don’t need to have industry experience, but if you’ve worked in civil carpentry or concrete before, that’s a bonus.
• What matters most is a strong work ethic, a good eye for detail, and a commitment to safety.

• Shows up on time and can be relied on
• Holds a full Class 1 licence
• Pays attention to detail and can solve problems on the go
• Works well in a small, high-performing team
• Communicates clearly and gets along with others
• Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• Is self-driven and keen to succeed
• Is open to learning, takes feedback well, and always looks to improve
