We seek a person who is genuinely passionate about butchery with a drive to provide the best meat offering possible for our customers.

You will need to be a qualified butcher, with experience in a supermarket environment or similar, with a proven record of excellence.

You will:

• have strong people skills, be well organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise your team's workload.

• have a good understanding of what makes a butchery department work including ordering, budgeting, and achieving set KPI’s.

• have an eye for detail and making the most of opportunities.

• give our Customers a fantastic shopping experience.

The position is full-time, days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage.
