As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our company’s growth and success.

As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the right parts, on time, and with a smile.


Your duties will include maintaining positive customer relationships, managing job bookings and parts organisation, and offering administrative support to the Technician.


You'll also play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient workshop, keeping customers informed about their equipment, and addressing any concerns promptly.


About the role:

  • Deliver parts to our valued customers promptly and with precision, ensuring their equipment stays operational and reliable.
  • Provide our skilled technicians with the exact parts they need, ensuring that they can carry out their work efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay well-informed about the latest trends in parts merchandising and product lines, enabling you to offer our customers the most innovative solutions.
  • Oversee and organize job bookings and the arrangement of parts, guaranteeing a streamlined workflow and excellent service delivery.
  • Uphold the efficiency of our workshop operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when communicating with both our customers and colleagues, enhancing our overall service experience.
  • Vigilantly observe and report any misconduct or non-compliance to the Service Manager, ensuring a safe and respectful working environment.

About you:

  • Customer Service Skills: Proficiency in providing excellent customer service, including selling parts promptly and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage job bookings, maintain parts organization, and uphold workshop efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Commitment to ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting any hazards or misconduct to the appropriate authority.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on parts merchandising and product lines as well as remaining current with farm machinery knowledge.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and provide support for urgent customer calls and allocation of work when necessary.
  • Reporting: Proactive reporting of any misconduct, non-compliance, or areas for improvement to the Service Manager.
