We are seeking an Administrator to work along with our awesome holiday programme team who provide care for up to 50 children per day during Holidays.

Our Programme operates during Term Breaks - Monday – Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm. 


The successful applicant will work an average of 30 hours per month organising the programme (activities & outings), staffing (employment, rostering, …) , invoicing, bookings and general administrative duties.


This role involves flexible hours and working from home. 


Requirements:

  • You must be reliable, self-motivated and understand the legalities of working with children. 
  • You will be reporting to a committee composed of volunteer parents who will assist and help whenever is required. 
  • Previous administrative experience or similar (co-ordinator, HR manager, office manager, etc…) is preferred.
  • You will have excellent customer & communication skills (written & verbal), be computer literate and have the ability to learn operative software fast and easily.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time-management.
  • Experience working with children would be to your advantage but not necessary. 
  • You will be provided with the tools required to execute your duties and a supportive team who will help you and train you with all aspects. 


As this is a Core Worker role as described under the Vulnerable Children's Act, all employees must complete a mandatory Police Vetting check.


This role would suit a variety of people from a semi-retiree admin./ office person or a stay at home parent willing to stay active within the workforce.
