We are seeking an IT support worker for 10 - 12 hours a week to work with our IT team to to support staff and students.

Ideally the time will be spread across 3-4 days.


The main focus is Helpdesk support for staff and students.


The person will need a background in IT skills and knowledge as well as an ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.


Remuneration will be in the range $25-29 depending on skills and experience.


Tasks and skills may include the following, but can be tailored to suit the skills of the applicant to some extent:


  • Supporting staff and students with day to day IT helpdesk requests


  • Experience in dealing with software, hardware issues and faults


  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365, Google Apps, Apple MDM (+ Jamf) cloud services could be beneficial


  • Organised and thorough with following processes, tracking and documentation requirements


  • An ability to work independently and research and investigate issues, new IT systems and solutions.


  • An empathy for working in a school environment.
