Continuous Spouting South Ltd (the South Island’s leading supplier and installer of high quality Continuous rainwater goods) , has an opportunity for a well organized person to join our operations team based in our Cromwell Office.

The position is focused on organizing and prioritizing workflow to our Contract Installer team and includes:

•  Site visit jobs including measure and price.
•  Liaise onsite with builders and project managers.
•  Receiving work orders via ServiceM8
•  Organising componentry through our supply chain
•  Client communication to ensure all preparations are made for each installation and managing job through to completion on-time and within budget.
•  Management of subcontractors
•  Invoicing

Preferred Skills:

• Confident in phone communication
• Technical background with and an understanding or hands-on experience in construction but training is supplied.
• Computer skills - MYOB and ServiceM8 preferred.
• Excellent time management
• Customer relations
• Knowledge of the Central Otago Area

The position requires a dynamic customer service driven person who is looking at a career path in the operational side of a business.

You must be able to think outside the square and use your initiative to resolve issues and clarify information.

You will need to be a resilient communicator to work effectively with the various tiers of our business – (customers, contract installers, sales and administration). 

A self-starter who can work both independently and collectively and produce win-win outcomes will be selected for this position.
