This is a hands-on role which will see the successful candidate on the tools for the majority of the time, but will require someone who is equally capable of managing, reporting, and quality assurance.

The Role includes:

• Supervisory experience is ideal in the precast concrete industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Having the ability to communicate effectively with employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Ability to run production, coordinate people, plant and equipment.
• Ability to train new employees to a high standard.
• Be willing and capable of undertaking administration tasks such as completing time sheets and QA sheets.
• Be physically fit and enjoy physical work.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Overviewing pouring and setting concrete products.
• Overviewing stripping and preparing steel moulds.
• Overviewing and monitor the bending and tying of reo.
• Preparing orders for delivery.
• Overviewing finishing of concrete.
• Implementing and monitoring health and safety on site.
