Central Otago REAP is looking for two passionate and skilled leaders to drive sector leadership and community engagement in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Schools.
These roles are key to supporting learner success across our region, and we’re seeking dynamic individuals who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and making a real impact.
Due to the increasing value of the work REAP provides in the education sector, we are expanding this position into two part-time roles—one focused on Early Childhood Education (ECE) and one on Schools.
With our current team member heading overseas, we are seeking dedicated leaders to continue and grow this important work, engaging with communities and supporting local education.
Whether your expertise is in ECE or Schools, you’ll be working to bring people together, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for learners to thrive.
We’re Looking for People Who Have:
✔ Qualifications and leadership experience relevant to ECE or Schools
✔ Experience in community engagement and relationship-building at local and regional levels
✔ Creative and innovative thinking – people who think outside the square!
✔ Strong time management and organisational skills
✔ The ability to work well under pressure
✔ A great sense of humour and excellent people skills
