Dunstan Hospital is looking for an Outpatient Booking Coordinator.
Your daily support will involve processing referrals, making and confirming appointments for clients, managing diaries,
compiling statistics, plus general administration tasks including reception / telephone answering.
This role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional coordination skills, ability to work as an integral part of a wider administration team but also autonomously. You will also need to be adept at using your initiative to ensure tasks are brought to a conclusion as this is a demanding role with high level administration tasks. We can offer you a friendly supportive working environment with competitive remuneration. The salary range for this role is $57,000 - $63,000 per annum pro rata.
