Central Otago Health Services Limited is looking for a New Zealand registered Dietitian to join our dynamic Allied Health team based at Dunstan hospital. Permanent 0.7 FTE

We require a highly skilled dietitian with a broad range of clinical skills to cover the Central Otago community. The service is predominantly outpatient clinics but includes some inpatient and paediatric cover as required.

The successful candidate will require the following skill set:

·       Relevant clinical experience in community, outpatient and in-patient settings, experience in the following areas would desirable: diabetes management, enteral feeding and paediatrics.

·       Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

·       Interdisciplinary team player who can work across multiple teams and the wider community.

·       High levels of motivation and passion for supporting people with nutritional issues in the community.

·       A client centred approach to practice

·       The ability to work autonomously with a solution focus.

·       A desire to work in a rural inter-disciplinary setting.
