In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the facility, leading your team to provide outstanding customer service, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. 

Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will be crucial, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

As the successful applicant you will:

• Have previous experience in the operation of a facility
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate (6400, 6401 & 6402) and a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (PLPC) or be able to obtain these within four weeks of your
• Have a proven track record in managing staff and building a positive team environment
• Ideally have knowledge of pool plant (not essential but advantageous)
• Have the ability to lead, train, and develop a successful team
