We are on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Pool Crew member to join the team at Roxburgh Pool for the remainder of the summer season.


This is a short fixed-term contract, working up to 32 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and running through until the end of the season in April.


Hours and employment type can be flexible, with part-time or casual options available to suit your availability.


There is also the opportunity for ongoing work at Alexandra Pool once the Roxburgh season finishes, as well as the potential to return for the next summer season



As part of the Pool Crew, you will help keep the pool running smoothly and safely for our community. This is a hands-on role with a good mix of responsibility, teamwork, and customer interaction.

Desired Skills and Experience


Key responsibilities:

  • Pool supervision and customer service
  • Assisting with day-to-day pool operations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
  • Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
  • Minium 32 hours per week on a fixed-term basis or Part Time
  • Immediate start through to April
  • PLPC (Lifeguard training) provided
  • First Aid training provided


Employment and start date will be subject to a satisfactory Police Vetting check being returned.


About you:

  • Reliable, positive, and enjoys working with people
  • Can work weekends and rostered shifts
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Previous pool or aquatic experience is helpful but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
