The Role:


You will provide assistance in many people and culture tasks including:

  • Word processing and formatting documents such as job descriptions, contract variations, and safety data sheets.
  • Purchasing and receipting, including raising purchase orders for safety equipment and PPE.
  • Maintaining systems including our new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Health and Safety Systems.
  • Administering online platforms such as ELMO HRIS, BWare, and our Wellbeing platform.
  • Training support, including event coordination, room setup, organizing catering, and supplies.
  • Championing our wellbeing program and organizing wellbeing events.
  • Recruitment support, including creating advertisements, posting online, managing recruitment pathways, assisting with interviews, and contacting candidates.
  • Onboarding new employees, ensuring timely setup, liaising with new employees and managers, and conducting induction meetings.
  • Responding to queries from line managers and employees.
