Are you our next Information and Records Management (IRM) GURU who advises and supports our people to create and manage accurate information that tells the story of where we have been, what we are doing, how we are doing it.


Our Information Systems motto is “right information, right place, right time, for the right people” and we are looking for a superstar to continue promoting good information management.


Can you co-design and co-implement plans with our people while maintaining compliance and highlighting risks?


You will have IT capabilities and knowledge, and the ability to learn and teach our people in our digital world of information management.


If you're passionate about utilising your excellent communication, advisory and technical skills to continually improve our information and records management maturity from creation, administration, digitisation, classification, configuration, maintenance, access, sentencing, appraisal, and disposition, then this is the job for you.


You will need to have a good understanding of the Public Records Act 2005, the Local Government Official and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) 1987, the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 and the Privacy Act 2020.


You will be operating across all mediums to support business and legislative requirements, being open to opportunities for improvement and able to communicate these confidently to a wide range of stakeholders.
