As a Customer Services Officer at CODC you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who thrives on interacting with a wide variety of people.
This position is a full-time roll based in Cromwell within a small customer services team.
You will be providing excellent customer service for both internal and external customers by receiving and responding to all enquiries and requests via email, phone and in-person over the counter.
You will also be receiving and processing payments and providing additional administration support to the organisation.
