The position is for a:

Cleaner/caretaker for Ranfurly community facilities (2 hours per week)

Additional hours will be required from time to time

Additional hours will be required over the summer season.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work variable hours depending on need.

Consideration may be given to split the role into a Ranfurly and Naseby based role.

Applicants will need to:

Have an eye for detail to meet Council's standards

Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

Effectively communicate with users of the facilities

Have a good level of personal fitness

Have a strong regard for Health and Safety requirements

Have a current drivers' licence and vehicle

Cell phone or electronic device suitable for e-mail

Be a New Zealand resident or have a permanent New Zealand residency status.
