We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic full-time, part-time, and casual Pool Crew staff to join our team for the Ranfurly Pool season from November 2024 to April 2025.

As a Pool Crew team member, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our pool visitors. You’ll need to be vigilant, proactive, and ready to respond to any situation.

Work Hours:

• As per roster (mornings and evenings)
• Monday to Sunday shifts, ranging from early morning starts to finishing at 7:45 pm.

• Training in Pool Lifeguarding Practicing Certificate (PLPC) and Comprehensive/Workplace First Aid (6400, 6401 & 6402).

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Have a positive, can-do attitude and proven teamwork skills.
• Be a confident swimmer, able to swim 8 lengths of the pool within 6 minutes.
• Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our community.
