This is a part-time role (20 hours over 5 days) based in beautiful Cromwell, where you will play a key customer service and operations support function for Begg Security Group Central Otago.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming stock and supplies
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch or installation and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock management
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in-person and over the phone
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
