Alpine Civil is growing, and we’re looking for a capable and committed Civil Construction Foreman to lead site crews, deliver high-quality projects, and uphold the strong values that make us proud of what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supervising day-to-day civil construction activities
• Coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring job performance, cost tracking, and daily reporting
• Ensuring high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Supporting and developing your team through hands-on leadership
• Communicating with project managers, clients, consultants, and the public
• Identifying and solving on-site challenges efficiently and effectively

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience supervising or leading civil construction crews
• Solid understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2/WTR, Traffic Management or First Aid a bonus)
• Confident with technology and site documentation (Microsoft Office, tablets, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of industry best practice, safety, and quality standards
