We have a position available in our busy Bistro for an energetic, reliable person to help assist our chef and support our wait staff with their duties.

You will need to be super organised, have fantastic customer service skills, and be able to work under pressure while dealing with all that is going on.

Duties include, but are not limited to –

• Some food prep
• Setting up Bistro
• Till operations
• Serving and answering customer questions
• Assisting chef with plates, orders, etc
• Catering prep and service
• Be familiar with kitchen operations
• Direct and support wait staff
• Be the go to person when needed.
• Some day shifts (with prep, weekly lunch and functions) , but mostly night work, generally
• Wednesday through to Sunday.
• Be able to work with a team and have leadership skills.

Will be a very challenging role but one that the right person will enjoy.
