We have a position available for a Bistro Cook, in our busy Club Bistro.

Hours and days of work are varied and depending on functions but generally Wednesday – Sunday, with usually between 30-40 hours.

Renumeration to be discussed and dependant on experience.

Must be able to work under pressure and be part of a team, with good communication and time management skills.

The ideal person would be able to deliver quality bistro meals, be cool and calm under pressure and be able to lead from the front, be team focused and arrive at work with a can do attitude.

We appreciate the hospitality industry involves mostly night and weekend work and work/life balance is important, so we would be open to a job share position should this work better for potential candidates.
