Permanent Part-Time Clinical Receptionist Position

A unique opportunity exists for a clinical receptionist to join our team, and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy chiropractic clinic in Alexandra.


We are a friendly, interactive team of two Chiropractors and one Massage Therapist/Naturopath in a practice where enthusiasm, loyalty and commitment are highly valued.


We are seeking a confident, motivated, and energetic individual who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging and personable environment.


The highest quality of administrative support is a very important element in the total patient care experience, therefore exemplary service to patients is a must.


Experience or knowledge in the healthcare sector is preferred otherwise the desire to learn would be an expectation of employment.


Skills Required:

  • Exceptional computer literacy proficient with Windows, Word, Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a can do approach
  • Ability to multi-task in a calm, efficient manner with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Respect and maintain complete patient confidentiality
  • Follow directions, working well as a team player but confident in working independently


The role is a job share with some room to negotiate scheduled hours.


We anticipate requiring the successful applicant for 22-26 hours per week.
